Summary
Revoking a share removes recipient access from that specific share.
Who this is for
- Owners who no longer want a shared item to remain accessible.
Steps
There are two ways to revoke a share. You can either do it directly on the print or collection by clicking the share button, or by visiting Shared by Me.
- Open the shared print or view the collection area.
- Find the share you want to stop.
- Use the revoke action.
- Confirm the revoke if prompted.
What to expect
- Recipients should no longer be able to access the share once the view updates.
Common questions
The recipient still sees it briefly.
A refresh or state update may still be catching up, but the revoke itself may already have succeeded.
